Pi Node

Pi Nodes run on laptops and desktops instead of mobile phones. It will be the responsibility of Pi Nodes to validate transactions on a distributed ledger, and to resolve the challenges of maintaining a distributed currency by having all nodes come to a “consensus” on the order in which new transactions are recorded. This is similar to the responsibilities of other blockchains.
